We are a small business. With an office, based in the Midlands.
We started working in the mobile industry in 2003, selling to business clients.
But we also enjoyed looking after them, once we’d got the sale. Which didn’t happen a lot then.
One Communication Solutions was set up in 2010, becuase we thought we were decent at it.
And we’ve built a business, based on simple values.
Provide a solution that the customer actually needs, and set the right expectations.
That usually saves the customer some money.
And then provide a personal level of service. That definitely saves the customer their time.
Because that’s what most customers actually want.
